Well, there's no sitting on our hands watching time go by here at CBC!
In Luke Jesus announces that he comes with Good News, and he sends out people who follow him to show the world exactly what that Good News is through word and action. Good News of love, grace, mercy, forgiveness, and reconciliation with God.
We take that commission seriously here.
Our ongoing core aim is 'Forging for Fruitfulness' and is based on John 15.16 where Jesus says 'You didn't choose me; I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last.'

The best way to find out about us and what we are really like is to come along and play your part. There is plenty opportunities for you to use the gifts God has given you - some of those you may know about and others are yet to be discovered! We are a mix of people of all ages and backgrounds.
In terms of our governance, we have an elected leadership team who serve alongside our Minister as trustees. The team are accountable to the CBC Forum (traditionally known as 'The Church Meeting') where the whole congregation have the opportunity to help shape our vision and our values.
