There's loads of ways that we can build deeper relationships with each other and one of the best ways is to join a small group. Each group is a bit different but generally they meet in people's homes: We have groups that meet in Clayton, Wibsey and Guiseley. The purpose of the groups apart from developing deeper relationships is to journey in faith together.
The best way to find out about us and what we are really like is to come along and play your part. There is plenty opportunities for you to use the gifts God has given you - some of those you may know about and others are yet to be discovered! We are a mix of people of all ages and backgrounds.
In terms of our governance, we have an elected leadership team who serve alongside our Minister as trustees. The team are accountable to the CBC Forum (traditionally known as 'The Church Meeting') where the whole congregation have the opportunity to help shape our vision and our values.
Safeguarding is important to us and our policy can be found via the link.
We are part of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and are also active in supporting the work of the Yorkshire Baptist Association.
